My complaints:
1- Useless above 55mph.
2- VOX requires that I yell several times into the mic before it activates, usually, the last yell being in my wife's headset.
3- Cuts off in the middle of a conversation, sometimes in the middle of a word.
4- Automatic shut off happens sometimes in a few seconds, sometimes in several minutes.
5- Volume is very inconsistent, sometimes barely audible sometime clear, but it only works properly, when it does, is at lower speeds.

Unless I have a faulty unit, this thing is frustrating and worthless. Don't buy it.

The sound quality during conversations was more than adequate for our needs, and the units are noise sensitive, so an increase in background noise will turn up the volume on the headsets automatically. That is a plus.

...The other nice thing about the Teamset is that you can tie your Bluetooth-capable phone to the rider’s headset...

...you won’t just be less tired, you’ll also be less frustrated because, with these units, you just get off the bike and remove your helmet. There is no need to worry about all those pesky wires getting tangled or broken. Sweet!
