I bought a pair of these boots about a year ago. They are very comfortable & for the most part keep my feet dry. I live in NE Florida & sometimes it rains so hard frogs carry sticks in their mouth to keep afloat. Twice my feet got wet, just the toes where the sole is & around the ankle. Not soaking wet but wet. I bought some waterproofing fluid from a shoe repair shop. It's made by Meltonian, it's called Heavy Duty Water Repellent, 4oz, contains 12% silicone, it has an applicator which is attached to the lid, a thick wire with a cotton ball on the end that stays in the fluid.Clean the leather, apply the fluid, be in a well ventilated area, it stinks to high heaven but it works. I used 2 coats on my boots & they haven't leaked a drop. I'm sure after time I'll need to re-treat them but they are hanging in there now. The repellent was kinda expensive, 7.95, but my feet are worth it. I also used it on my motorcycle seat, some of the seams retained water, staying dry now, my butts worth it too. The directions on the bottle says it provides lasting breathable waterproof protection for heavy leather boots & shoes for outdoor work or sport leather, nylon or canvas sport equipment.There are a lot of silicone repellents out there but this stuff is great. I've only used it on leather so far & no complaints so far.

Good isn't close, these boots are great. While a little tight at first getting on the boots are very very comfortable. I live in Seattle and ride year round. My feet stay warm and dry in the coldest and wettest conditions. They afford good protection while not draining my wallet. I recommend these to all of my friends. My wife and daughter are very happy with their Tour Master Solution Waterproof Boot too.

We are on our second pair, very comfortable in all seasons, and dry in the wet season. Only down side is water proof works both ways, so if you do a river crossing and fill your boots with water it stays there, LOL!

On the sheetiron 300 river crossing we filled the boots with water, drained them out and had damp feet to the end of the ride, it was a hot ride so didn't mind the dampness. That afternoon we crumpled up some news paper and stuffed it into the boots and let it set for an hour, pulled out the damp paper and did it again, got out 90% of the water. We borrowed the hair dryer from the hotel and dropped it the boot and let it run for 1/2 hour, in an hour both boots were like new again. Love these boots.

I couldn't agree more with all the comments I see here. I've had mine for four years now and they are/have been awesome. Dry in the worst of rainy conditions and comfortable to walk around in definitely. Outstanding price for the value. Thank you.

Good price, comfortable, waterproof...great buy! They loosen up over time and are quite comfortable. Been through two rain storms(downpours), heat, and with the right socks these are great! My feet stayed bone dry, even when the rest of me didn't! At least part of me was prepared!

Great boot at a great price. Light and comfortable but still provides good protection. A little stiff getting off and on at first but loosens up over time. Waterproof and extremely comfortable to walk around in.

All those compliments about comfort seem to be completely true. My sons & I returned from a 30 day, 6000 mile on & off-road ride to & from Tierra del Fuego, and wore these boots all the way. Temps from 100 down to 30; rain & sun, mud, and even a little snow. We all loved these boots.

If I had any little niggle, it would be that when it's over 90 degrees, they get hot. Big surprise!
